People Specialist

We are looking for a People Specialist to join our growing team!

In this very hands-on role, you will run recruitment processes, organise smooth starts for new Solar Foodists, coordinate personnel benefits and occupational health care, support compliance and documentation and contribute to People & Culture development work by supporting implementation and daily use of tools and processes. Alongside great people, you’ll work in a growth company where the pace is fast, and you’ll develop your skills by doing new things.

Our mission is to revolutionize global food production and reduce humanity’s dependence on land and water resources. With our first commercial-scale facility, Factory 01, in operation and Factory 02 in planning, we are now entering an exciting growth phase. We are in the path of building people practices, processes, and systems to keep everyday work running smoothly for all our Solar Foodists in five different countries. You won’t just follow a playbook, you’ll help write it.
