Key Account Manager

As our Key Account Manager, you turn promising customer projects into lasting commercial success. In this role, your responsibilities include management and growth of key global accounts within the food industry, identifying new customer opportunities, leading commercial discussions from product development to offtakes, building and maintaining a pipeline of opportunities with structured follow-up, and more.

To succeed, we expect you to have 10+ years of B2B commercial experience in proteins, ingredients or the specialty nutrition sector, proven success in managing and growing global food brand accounts and familiarity with Health & Performance Nutrition categories (RTD, RTM, protein bars). In addition, you have experience guiding customers through product development cycles, and strong negotiation and communication skills across senior stakeholder groups. You have a hungry-to-win attitude and combine strategic thinking with a hands-on, customer-oriented approach. You’re energized by building things, creating structures, and making an impact.
