Application Scientist Manager

We are looking for an Application Scientist Manager to join our Product & Application Development Team. This role includes the development and improvement of innovative food concepts and products using Solein® in the ready-to-drink category, maintaining systematic records of results, ensuring recipe scalability, communicating findings with stakeholders, providing technical support to our sales team, and more. Please note: this is an on-site position based in our headquarters in Vantaa, Finland.

To succeed, you’ll need strong and hands-on work experience (preferably 10+ years) in protein functionality, food technology, and taste, flavor and structure of food, previous experience with extended shelf-life (ESL), ultra-high temperature (UHT), homogenization and/or aseptic processing, as well as an understanding of B2B business and how results impact our customers product development. Our company language is English and we focus on the US market, so fluent written and spoken English skills are also a must.
