Is Solein healthy?

It contains all the nine essential amino acids, carbohydrates, fats and minerals as any other food. Solein also provides a source of iron and B vitamins.

Solein’s nutritional profile consists of 78% protein content, 6% fat, 2% carbohydrates, 10% total dietary fibers and 4% minerals.
